I just finished this design for a customer. It's a wonderful Thai themed wedding suite. With warm browns and a splash of yellow from the plumerias all wrapped around metallic opal cardstock and envelopes. I have printed the design on a 100% natural cotton rag paper which works well with the opal cardstock. I chose to put this terrific ribbon around the bellyband and I have die cut 2 plumeria flowers that I adhered to the top of the bellyband.
I went with a classical style of font with the invitation and rsvp but added a touch of Thai with the banners and elephant. I also added the plumerias in the design to tie into the bellyband and give it that tropical feel as well. There is a little watercolour in the banner and elephants. I love the soft and metallic feel of the invitation. Coming soon!
